NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 7.08 and the Help America Vote Act of 2002 (52 U.S.C. § 21081, the Town of Sumpter will conduct a voting system audit on November 25, 2024, at 8:00 a.m. at the Sumpter Community Center located at E10496 County Road C, North Freedom, WI.  The reporting unit to be audited is Wards 1 and 3, which utilizes the ES&S DS200 voting system.  The reporting unit and contests were randomly selected by the Wisconsin Elections Commission.
